Trip West: 2022
In the summer of 2022, we hooked up our Armidillo camper and headed west. We spent time in North Dakota, Montana and went as far as Portland where Ingrid and her family live.

Greece: 2023
In 2023, a sailing friend that taught Greek history and classics at university level, put topgether a trip to Greece. We had 7 days on lad and 7 days on a sailboat around the island of Paros. Judy and I arrived a few days eaaly and took a side trip to the Meteora region north of Athens. The photos are in several albums. All are accessable here.

Norway: 2024
In March into April, We flew to Oslo, spent a few days with one of my second cousins. Then took a train to Bergen and boarded the NORDNORGE, a ship in the Hurtigruten fleet. We went from Bergen to Kirkeness, 6 days, then another 6 days back. It was a wonderful trip.

Alaska: 2025
In May 2025, Judy and I boarded the Roald Amundsen. It is a ship run by Hurtigruten Expedition (HX), an offshoot of the Hurtigruten fleet in Norway. HX does cruises to places like Greenland, Alkaska, Antarctica and more. We went from Vancuvour BC to Seward Alaska. We had many excursions off the ship in Zodiacs, sometimes to the face of a glacier, sometimes to explore the beautiful lush vegetation in a northern rain forest.
