Banio and Ceci: Their beginning at the beginning of the Mississippi
Banio and Ceci hosted another wonderful wedding celebration. This one has been declared their third and final wedding event! The ceremony took place at the headwaters of the Mississippi River. Because the headwaters is a public place, they were not able to ‘reserve’ the space for the ceremony and could not ask people to stay clear. That did not present a great problem. We all formed a semicircle facing the water and it went off without a hitch.
Anji officiated yet again using the same ceremony that was used in Houston 2 1/2 years ago and again in Bariloche this past January. This time is was in English and I was able to hear when it was time for me to sing the song I prepared for the event.
